Biosphere 2
Biosphere 2 serves as a laboratory for controlled scientific studies, an arena for scientific discovery and discussion, and a far-reaching provider of public education. Its missions is to serve as a center for research, outreach, teaching, and life-long learning about Earth, its living systems and its place in the universe; to catalyze interdisciplinary thinking and understanding about Earth and its future; to be an adaptive tool for Earth education and outreach to industry, government, and the public; and to distill issues related to Earth systems planning and management by policymakers, students and the public.
Biosphere 2 has been a long time partner of the School Garden Workshop. Biosphere 2 offers hands-on and interactive field trips that can be found on their field trip planner website. Additionally Biosphere 2 offers fantastic summer programming for high school students through its Global Environmental Leadership and Sustainability Program. This program provides students the opportunity to stay at Biosphere 2 and participate in research programs with our researchers.

Tucson Audubon Society
Tucson Audubon inspires people to enjoy and protect birds through recreation, education, and restoration of the environment upon which we all depend.
Tucson Audubon works for a future in which the people of southeast Arizona are connected to their natural world through birds, and they protect and use our natural resources in a responsible and sustainable manner.
Founded in 1949, Tucson Audubon is southeast's Arizona's leading non-profit engaging people in the conservation of birds and their habitats. We involve people through recreational birding, extend their horizons through education activities, and engage them in conservation actions from planting trees and counting birds, to working with local, state, and national policy makers.
