Rincon High School
Rincon (RHS) and University (UHS) High Schools share a campus in east-Tucson. During Spring 2017, UHS teacher Chelsea Jones and her after-school garden club worked with SGW to build a series of garden beds below a small solar panel array in the RHS/UHS courtyard. This site continues to grow and now contains 6 large garden beds. Furthermore, this site is now the location of RHS’s collaborative citizen science agrivoltaics (agriculture + photovoltaics) research with the University of Arizona’s Biosphere 2.
